Steve is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, as certified by the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law in California, Washington, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has many years of experience in trust, estate, and conservatorship matters, varying from estate planning and administration to litigation. He is also regularly appointed by the Orange County Superior Court as a guardian ad litem or court appointed counsel for elders and minors in contested conservatorships, guardianship, and other probate matters. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of Trust & Estates Section and the Conservatorship, Guardianship & Protective Proceedings Section, as well as the Italian American Bar Association.

Steve graduated with honors from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. He attained his juris doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

He is the founder of Giammichele Law, APC, which regularly represents individuals in connection with estate planning, administration, and trust and estate litigation. He takes pride in providing quality legal services while helping his clients to understand the complex legal process.

Steve is deeply connected with his Italian heritage. He and his wife purchased a vacation home in Palmoli, Abruzzo, Italy, in the town where his grandfather is from. He enjoys taking a break from the legal world to escape to the Italian countryside, enjoy endless seafood on the Trabocchi Coast, and learn about his heritage firsthand.

On the weekends, Steve enjoys taking his Rhodesian Ridgeback out to enjoy the various trails that Orange County has to offer or playing a round of golf.
