Ilian has many years of experience in Family Law, varying from divorce/dissolution and child/spousal support to child custody issues, and Trust and Estate litigation involving various disputes. He is a very experienced trial lawyer, having been the lead attorney on numerous jury and non-jury trials over the years. He is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Section, the Trust & Estates Section, and the Conservatorship, Guardianship & Protective Proceedings Section.
Ilian graduated with honors from University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He attained his juris doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Ilian is primarily a litigation attorney, and will play a central role in your litigated matter, whether it involves divorce, child custody, or trust and estate litigation.
In his free time, Ilian spends time with his family, cooking, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. He has a son that he has enjoyed watching grow up and play his favorite sport—soccer.
